Day 2/3: Etosha National Park
After breakfast full day game drives in Etosha National Park. As we drive across the grasslands we will see herds of springbok and wildebeest and encounter a variety of other wildlife. Stops will be made at several springs and as always at Etosha, photographic opportunities are excellent. Shortly before sunset we will head back to the lodge for dinner and a night at leisure. Day 4: Kaokoland
Our journey continues towards the Kaokoland famous for its desert adapted elephants and himba tribe. The Lodge is situated close to the Hoanib river, on the southern side of Kaokoland. An afternoon visit is scheduled to a himba village where you will learn more one of the few Namibian tribes who have retained so much of their traditional culture. Lodge A/D/B&B
Day 5: Kaokoland
A full day is set aside to explore this beautiful but remote area of northwest Namibia doing a roundabout day drive to the Hoanib River. If we are lucky we will spot some desert Elephants as well as Springbok, Ostrich, Oryx and possibly the elusive mountain Zebra. Lodge A/D/B&B
Day 6: Erongo Mountains
We continue our journey towards a special wilderness area in Namibia, encircled by Erongo Mountains where the desert, mountain, and bushveld ecosystem combine. Here, in a secluded valley, you will find a lodge in a dramatic setting of granite boulders and breathtaking views. We will enjoy a sundowner walk up a nearly lofty granite outcrop with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Lodge A/D/B&B
Day 7: International Airport
We travel back to Windhoek after breakfast where your tour ends.
